Brotherly Love vs Divine Love
John 13:34-35: "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved
you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another."
1 John 4:8,16:
"Whoever does not love does not know God, because
God is love. And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love.
Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them."
1 Peter 2:17: "Show proper respect to everyone, love the family of
believers, fear God, honor the emperor."
1 John 4:10-11: "This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our
sins. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also
ought to love one another."

is the foundation that needs to develop through enjoying God's
nature, allowing the divine seed of faith to
grow until it reaches divine love.
This development process is clearly described in 2
Peter 1:5-7, starting from faith, progressing
through multiple stages, and ultimately
reaching love for all (divine love). |
