From '1 Corinthians 1:30' – Understanding 'Our being in Christ Jesus is from God vs. This Christ has become wisdom from God for us. 

1 Corinthians 1:30 "But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who is made unto us wisdom from God, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption."

Meaning	Our union with Christ is entirely God's work, not from human choice or merit	Christ Himself becomes the source and embodiment of wisdom for believers, enabling us to know God and understand truth
Distinction	Emphasizes change in identity and position	Emphasizes change in life quality and spiritual capacity

Relationship	This is a foundational relationship; we must first be in Christ (identity) to receive Christ's wisdom (life quality). They have a cause-and-effect relationship: because we are in Christ, we have Christ's wisdom
