7-Day Life Practice Table: Practicing to Hear the Spirit

Revelation 2:7 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who overcomes, I will give him fruit from the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God.

Revelation 2:11 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who overcomes, he will never suffer the second death.

Revelation 2:17 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who overcomes, I will give him the hidden manna and a white stone on which a new name is written, which no one will recognize except the one who receives it. 

Day	Focus	Practice	Prayer / Declaration
Day 1	The ears need to be opened	Be quiet before the Lord and ask Him to open your ears	Lord, open my ears that I may hear Your speaking.
Day 2	Dull ears need circumcision	Deal with unwillingness to hear and repent	Lord, circumcise my rebellious ears and make me obedient.
Day 3	The ears need cleansing by the blood	Confess sins and be cleansed by the blood	Lord Jesus, cleanse my ears with Your blood.
Day 4	The ears need the anointing of the Spirit	Turn to the spirit in prayer and wait on the Lord	Holy Spirit, anoint my ears to be sensitive to You.
Day 5	Hear in the proper position in the churches	Exercise to hear in spirit in the meetings	Lord, help me hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
Day 6	Hearing brings seeing	Meditate on what the Lord has spoken	Lord, through hearing, grant me spiritual sight.
Day 7	Hear and follow to become an overcomer	Practice what you have heard	Lord, I will not only hear but also follow Your speaking.

Spiritual seeing depends on spiritual hearing; overcomers are produced from those who hear the Spirit.
