7-Day Life Practice: Rest × Oneness
Genesis 2:2 By the seventh day God had finished his work; on the seventh day he rested from all his work.
Genesis 2:3 God blessed the
seventh day and set it apart as holy, because on it he rested from all his work
of creation and construction.
Exodus 20:8 Remember the
Sabbath day; set it apart as holy.
Exodus 20:9 Six days you shall
labor and do all your work,
Exodus 20:10 but the seventh
day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God; on it you shall not do any work,
neither you nor your sons nor your daughters, neither your servants nor your
female servants, neither your livestock nor the sojourners in your towns.
Exodus 20:11 For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that is in them, and on the seventh day he rested; therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and set it apart as holy.

|
Day 1 |
The First-Day
Principle: Rest before Work |
I do not work for God first; I enjoy God first |
Lord, You are
my rest, not
my burden |
Gen. 2:2–3; Heb. 4:9–10 |
|
Day 2 |
Enjoyment Is
the Basis of Co-working |
Without enjoyment, there is no genuine
co-working |
Lord, fill me
first before I act for You |
John 15:4–5; 1 Cor. 6:17 |
|
Day 3 |
The Sabbath Is
the Sign of God’s People |
I live with a
sign—not
by myself |
Lord, You are
the source of my strength |
Exo. 31:12–17; Ezek. 20:12 |
|
Day 4 |
From Rest into
Oneness |
Rest blends me
into oneness with God |
Lord, I am one
spirit with You |
1 Cor. 6:17; John 14:20 |
|
Day 5 |
Practicing
Oneness in Action |
I do not merely work for God; I work with God |
Lord, act in my
actions |
Phil. 2:13; Col. 1:29 |
|
Day 6 |
Being One with
God in Speaking |
It is not I who speak, but the Lord speaking in
me |
Lord, may my
speaking be Your speaking |
Matt. 10:20; 2 Cor. 13:3 |
|
Day 7 |
The Cyclic Life
of Rest × Oneness |
Rest brings in
oneness; oneness produces co-working |
Lord, You are
the beginning and end of all my actions |
Rom. 11:36; Rev. 22:13 |
Seven-Day Summary:
Through rest I am one with God, and through oneness I work with God.
Ultimate Life Conclusion:
Rest is not stopping—it
is God beginning within me.
