7-Day Life Practice Table: Living with Christ First in Work and Message

1 Corinthians 2:2 For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.

1 Corinthians 3:6 I planted, Apollos watered, but God made it grow.

2 Corinthians 4:5 For we do not preach ourselves but Christ Jesus Lord and ourselves your servants for Jesus’ sake.

Day	Focus	Practice
Day 1	See the Center	Meditate that God’s work centers on Christ, not on the work itself
Day 2	Deal with Motives	Ask the Lord before serving: Is this for You or for myself?
Day 3	Stay within God’s Measure	Do not go beyond the place God has assigned
Day 4	Re-center the Message	In speaking, intentionally bring everything back to Christ
Day 5	Live the Message	Let Christ be Lord in daily matters, not only in preaching
Day 6	The Cross at Work	Accept breaking and dealing so Christ may have first place
Day 7	Rejoice in God’s Gain	Rejoice when God gains people, even not through you
